WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
You are responsible for receiving or collecting your delivery. Packages left at a pickup point that are not collected will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge an administrative fee of up to 15 USD, equivalent to the carrier's handling and shipping costs if you fail to collect your package from the pickup point or if you fail to receive your delivery.
LOST PACKAGES
At O2xygen, we are committed to ensuring that you receive your order in good condition and on time. If your delivery is lost or missing, we take responsibility for the initial order and replace it for you at no cost if the fault lies on our end. However, please note that we cannot be held responsible for packages that are undelivered due to incorrect information provided at checkout. We strongly recommend double-checking your billing and delivery addresses before placing your order to avoid any delivery issues.
