Refund

At O2xygen, we take pride in our products, and we hope you are completely satisfied with your order.

However, if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you may return any unused item in its original condition. Please include all original items in the packaging for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All return requests must be communicated via email to support@o2xygen.com.

Returns (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund yet, please contact us using our contact form.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email using our contact form.

Shipping

We will instruct you via email where to send your item for return.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replaced product to reach you may vary.

If you are delivering an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
